Fulfillment & Dispatch

Defective & Incorrect Items

Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Larger quantities or custom items may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

If any product is defective or not as ordered, a prompt refund including all shipping fees will be issued. Proof of the defect or error may be required.

Standard Item Returns

Delivery & Custom Orders

If a non-defective standard product is not wanted, you may return it for a full refund of the item cost. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective. Refunds will not be given for custom orders because the item is no longer needed or wanted. Happy Sheep is not responsible for lost packages or inclement weather damage. Happy Sheep keeps shipment records.
